SANDING AND VARNISHING / OILING

  in a working place there must be no other contractor workers

  for quality work there must be:

·  ambient temperature between 15°C and 25° C

·  ambient relative humidity between 50% and 70%

·  the area must be free of dustand should not be exposed to drafts and sun

·  layers of varnish are followed at intervals of not more than 48 hours

  usability of varnished surfaces:

·  minimum 48 hours before walking on surface

·  minimum 7 days according to machanical loads

· freshly varnished parquet should not be protected with corrugated cardboard or polyvinyl

·  any kind of carpets should not be laid in 30 days

  we should not expect flawless varnished surfaces, because the working conditions are not equivalent to those in the paint shop
